It begins with a short discovery conversation by phone or Google Meet. From there, we confirm your vision, discuss services, and collect a concierge retainer to begin planning.
The concierge retainer secures our time, expertise, and planning resources. It covers itinerary design, experience curation, and coordination services.
Concierge retainers are separate from accommodation, dining, transportation, and activity costs.
No. Concierge fees are non-refundable once planning begins, as they compensate for professional services already rendered.

Once your concierge retainer is paid, we request a secure credit card authorization. This allows us to coordinate and pay trusted third-party vendors on your behalf as bookings are confirmed.
You may choose to approve charges in advance or allow us to proceed as discussed.
Pricing for accommodations and experiences is set by the third-party provider. In some cases, we may receive referral fees or commissions, which do not affect your pricing unless disclosed.
Yes. We collaborate closely with you during the planning process and can request approval prior to making bookings if you prefer.
Vendor cancellation and refund policies apply. Concierge fees remain non-refundable. We will assist with rebooking or alternatives when possible, subject to vendor terms.
On-site hosting or dedicated support is available upon request and is priced separately based on scope and duration.
All experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions, and vendor policies. While we curate thoughtfully, some elements may require flexibility.
Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, or disruptions.
