This Terms, Policies & Cancellation Agreement applies to all services provided by The Best of Sedona and the A Luxe Life Luxury Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, submitting payment, or authorizing bookings, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The Best of Sedona provides concierge planning, itinerary design, and booking coordination services. We do not own, operate, manage, or control hotels, vacation rentals, transportation providers, tour operators, dining venues, wellness practitioners, or other third-party vendors unless explicitly stated in writing.

All travel services, accommodations, and experiences are provided by independent third parties.

Concierge retainers and planning fees compensate for professional services including itinerary design, experience curation, booking coordination, and pre-arrival planning.

• Concierge fees are disclosed prior to booking.
   
• All concierge fees are non-refundable once services begin.
   
• Concierge fees are separate from third-party costs and do not include accommodations, activities, or supplier charges unless explicitly stated.
   

Clients authorize The Best of Sedona to charge approved costs to their credit card for third-party bookings, including accommodations, experiences, transportation, and related deposits.

• Charges are made only for services approved by the client.
   
• Credit card information is collected and stored securely.
   
• We do not proceed with bookings without authorization.
   

All pricing, availability, and services are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of third-party vendors.

• We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of third-party vendors.
   
• Vendor pricing and availability may change until confirmed.
   
• Seasonal demand, weather, and supplier conditions may affect offerings.
   

• Concierge retainers and planning fees are non-refundable, regardless of trip completion or vendor refunds.
   

• Refunds, credits, and cancellations for accommodations and experiences are governed solely by the vendor’s policies.
   
• We cannot override supplier cancellation terms.
   

• If a client cancels after bookings are made, any refunds are subject to vendor policies.
   
• Concierge fees remain non-refundable.
   

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, travel disruptions, illness, labor disputes, or supplier closures.

In such cases, we will assist with alternative arrangements when possible, subject to vendor policies.

We may receive referral fees, commissions, or affiliate compensation from select partners. These relationships do not affect the price paid by the client unless explicitly disclosed.

Certain activities may involve inherent risks, including outdoor, wellness, or adventure experiences. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Best of Sedona and A Luxe Life Luxury Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel services, third-party vendor performance, or participation in activities.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By submitting payment, signing authorization forms, or proceeding with concierge services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Policies & Cancellation Agreement.
