Once you decide to move forward, a concierge retainer secures our time and initiates itinerary design and planning. Concierge fees are separate from accommodations, experiences, and third-party costs.
Based on your preferences, we design a personalized itinerary that may include accommodations, dining, wellness experiences, tours, and curated recommendations tailored specifically to you.
We refine the itinerary together and, with your authorization, coordinate bookings with our trusted local partners. Payments for third-party services are handled directly through your authorized payment method.
Once your plans are confirmed, we remain available before and during your stay for guidance, recommendations, and support as needed.
